Solfeggio Frequencies for Money: The Hz Chart for Every Block

dreamy portrait with neon light halo effect

My cinnamon jar isn’t the only thing in that cabinet with a reputation it hasn’t quite earned. Next to it, taped inside the door so I don’t lose it, is a sticky note with four numbers on it: 396, 528, 639, 852. I wrote them down after the third reader in a week asked me some version of the same question.

Which frequency is actually for money.

Fair question. The answer took longer to track down than I expected, mostly because half the internet disagrees with the other half about what these numbers even mean.

What Solfeggio Frequencies Actually Are

The solfeggio scale is a set of tones — 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852 Hz, sometimes with a couple more added depending on who’s selling the chart — with roots people trace back to old sacred music and Gregorian chant. Modern sound-healing culture assigned each tone a theme: guilt, change, transformation, connection, intuition.

None of that theme-assignment is ancient. It’s a 20th-century overlay on an older scale, and I think it’s worth saying plainly instead of letting the word “sacred” do the convincing for you.

Solfeggio Frequencies for Money: The Hz Chart

Here’s the version I actually keep taped to my cabinet, block by block, for whoever wants the short answer before the long one:

  • 396 Hz — best for the guilt-and-fear block. The one where spending on yourself comes with a small tax of shame.
  • 528 Hz — best for the “stuck” block. Sometimes called the transformation tone; people reach for it when nothing’s technically wrong, it’s just not moving.
  • 639 Hz — best for the undercharging block. Tied to connection and relationships, which tracks if your money issue is really a boundaries issue wearing an invoice.
  • 852 Hz — best for the second-guessing block. Filed under intuition; for the moments you talk yourself out of a good decision before you’ve even finished making it.

Quick and honest gut check: there’s no peer-reviewed research tying a specific Hz number to a specific financial outcome, and I’d be skeptical of any chart, mine included, that tells you otherwise with total confidence.

What the chart is actually good for is narrower and more useful than magic: it gives you a specific word for a vague feeling, and a specific five minutes to sit with it, instead of a generic “listen to calming sounds” instruction that’s too fuzzy to act on.

The Chart Alone vs. The Chart Paired With a Daily Practice

The chart alone is free and takes about ninety seconds to use — pick your block, search the tone, press play. Best for people who already have a meditation habit and just needed the note on which number to reach for.

The chart paired with a built-in daily audio practice solves a different problem: remembering to do any of this on a Wednesday when nothing’s gone wrong yet. That’s the gap where something like Billionaire Brain Wave fits for me — a short daily track that folds the same basic idea, consistent audio exposure tied to a money-mindset intention, into a routine instead of a one-off search.

It won’t tell you which of the four blocks above is yours. That part’s still on you, and honestly, that’s the more interesting part anyway.

Quick and plain: that’s an affiliate link. If you buy through it, I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, which is part of how this blog stays running.

If you try the chart this week, start with whichever number made you flinch a little when you read its block. That’s usually the honest answer, numbers aside.

I write the plainer, more skeptical version of whatever I’m looking into in my newsletter first, before it turns into a post. If that’s useful, it’s a quiet corner of my inbox worth joining.

With Love, Wren
